Venue Policies

A brief outline of Venue Rental Policies are provided here for your convenience. The full terms, conditions and agreement for rental will be provided at time of reservation and requires a deposit and signed contract.

  • No glitter of any kind may be used on the farm inside or outside.
  • No nail holes are to be made in any buildings inside or outside.
  • No Dogs Allowed in Manor House.
  • Dogs must be leashed at all times. Kennels are available upon request.
  • Non-Refundable Pet policy $50 per animal.
  • No open flames of any kind are permitted inside or near buildings.
  • Smoking prohibited in Houses. Please smoke at designated smoking areas only.
  • Children are to be supervised at all times.
  • Signage on the farm is to be respected for guests' personal safety.
  • No trespassing on the farmed fields.
  • Vehicles are to be driven on designated roadways only.
  • No trespassing into livestock areas.
  • All events must end by 11:00 pm and comply with the Accomack County Noise Ordinance.
  • Guest list to be provided to Lessor 48-hours prior to the event.
  • Only guests on the list are allowed on the property.
  • Maximum number of guests is 250.
  • All events will require a designated coordinator.
  • Wedding Coordinator will be responsible for all guests adhering to these guidelines
  • If Pavilion is selected for rental, you will be required to rent a temporary restroom ("porta-potty").
